Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 24+ Hours Before the Event:
  You may reschedule by emailing ascensiontekinstitute@gmail.com with your full name, email, and desired future event date.

• Cancellation Within 24 Hours:

  • ​A $50 cancellation fee applies if event was Level 1 or 2 Re Hu Tek Training; the remaining amount will be refunded.

  • A $20 cancellation fee applies for all other events; the remaining amount, if any, will be refunded.

  • Email us with your details to cancel or reschedule.

• No-Shows:
  No refund will be issued if you do not attend or cancel in advance.

Media Release

By attending, you grant AscensionTek Institute LLC and its representatives the right to photograph, video, or record your image, voice, and likeness for marketing and training purposes. Notify us prior to the event if you do not wish to be recorded. We will make reasonable efforts, but exclusion from group images cannot be guaranteed.

Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected. Disruptive conduct will result in removal without refund. We maintain a safe, constructive environment for all participants.

Liability Waiver

Participation is voluntary. You release AscensionTek Institute LLC and its representatives from liability for any injuries or damages. Consult a healthcare professional if needed.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information, collected during registration, is securely stored and used only for event communication. We do not share your information without consent.

Accessibility & Health

Contact us for accessibility needs. If unwell, please refrain from attending. We are committed to creating a healthy and accessible environment for all.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at registration. Missed payments may result in cancellation without refund. Payment plan options, if available, will be provided during registration.

Attendee Agreement for Energy Work

Energy healing practices are complementary and not a substitute for medical treatment. Consult a medical professional for health concerns. By participating, you agree to engage in these practices at your own discretion.
