AscensionTek Institute is the culmination of a lifelong journey embarked upon by its co-founders, Iris and Richard, two passionate Intuitives dedicated to spiritual growth and holistic healing.
Iris
A Technology Expert turned Holistic Healer Iris's career transition from technology to holistic health reflects her deep commitment to personal and spiritual development. With over two decades in the tech world and a mother to three children, Iris explored various metaphysical and spiritual practices. Her journey includes profound studies in Shamanism, Sacred Geometry, Witchcraft, Astrology, and more, honing her skills in psychometry and intuitive abilities. Becoming a Reiki Master Teacher and a Re Hu Tek™ Practitioner marked significant milestones in her path. Facing chronic illnesses with her children, Iris ventured into holistic health alternatives, founding Mother Medicine in 2020. As a Certified Health and Life Coach, she guides clients in stress reduction and awakening their true potential, combining her unique blend of energy therapy, space clearing, and coaching.

Richard Wayne
Richard's path as an intuitive, empathic healer began at 18 with his first Tarot Deck, leading him into a world of intuition, energy work, and self-help. His journey through a challenging transition out of the Mormon Church brought solace in Tarot, Astrology, and Eastern thought, fostering self-acceptance. His near-death experience in 2011 with Viral Encephalitis intensified his spiritual connection and commitment to aid others. As a Re Hu Tek™ energy Practitioner, Richard focuses on clearing blockages and empowering individuals. His diverse leadership roles in companies like Disneyland, Starbucks, and Irvine Company equip him with a unique perspective to support professionals in their healing and growth.

Richard and Iris's paths crossed in 2008 when Richard attended metaphysical courses led by Iris. This encounter eventually introduced Richard to Re Hu Tek, a powerful energy modality that both would later practice and incorporate into their healing methodologies and daily lives. Their shared passion for their intuitive gifts, spiritual technology and assisting others in ascending to higher levels of consciousness brought them together as co-founders of AscensionTek Institute.
