1. What This Membership Is

The Re Hu Tek Online Healing Circle is a monthly digital membership offered by AscensionTek Institute LLC ("AscensionTek," "we," "us"), co-facilitated by Iris and Richard Kilgo. Membership includes access to monthly live sessions — a Re Hu Tek Healing Transmission and an Astrology-Aligned Manifestation Meditation — along with replay access to that content for as long as your membership remains active.

This membership is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Recordings, transmissions, and materials may not be downloaded, redistributed, resold, or shared outside your individual membership access.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Care

The Healing Circle is an energetic and spiritual practice. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are managing a medical or mental health condition, please continue working with qualified licensed professionals. Nothing provided through this membership should be relied upon as diagnosis or treatment of any condition.

3. Billing & Auto-Renewal
Membership is $20/month, billed automatically on the same date each month via our payment processor (Wix Payments).
Your membership auto-renews each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' advance notice to active members. Continuing your membership after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, with no long-term commitment and no cancellation fee.
Cancel directly through your account on the membership portal, or by emailing us at info@ascensiontek.org if you need help.
When you cancel, you retain full access to all member content — live sessions and replays — through the end of your current paid billing period. Your card will not be charged again after that. Access ends automatically at the close of that period; you don't need to do anything further.
There are no partial-month or prorated refunds for cancelling mid-cycle — you keep access for the time you already paid for, but we don't refund the unused portion of a billing period.

5. Refunds

All membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a billing glitch or duplicate charge), contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

6. Missed or Failed Payments

If a monthly payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we'll attempt to notify you and allow a short grace period to update your payment method before access is paused. If payment isn't resolved within that window, your membership will be treated as cancelled and access will end.

7. Practitioner Access

The complimentary Healing Circle benefit extended to certified Re Hu Tek practitioners applies to in-person sessions only. It does not include automatic access to the Online Healing Circle membership; practitioners who want online membership access subscribe under the same terms as any other member, unless a specific promotional offer states otherwise.

8. Our Right to Modify or End the Membership

We may modify, pause, or discontinue the Online Healing Circle membership program at any time. If we discontinue the program entirely, active members will be notified in advance and billing will stop; no further charges will be made after the program ends. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse of content (e.g., unauthorized redistribution or sharing of login credentials).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email in advance of taking effect. Continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
